37. Pleated Maxi Dress & Studs

Hello cherubs!

As I promised in a tweet yesterday, I have some photos to share with you tonight. I can hear you gasp now, photos?! How dare I tease you so!

Yet I do not lie.

Pictures found at various web sources

Out of all the collections to grace the catwalks for the spring and summer collections, Chloe was most definitely my favourite! Give me sheer fabrics, pleats and nude colours and I'm in heaven. The collection is divine and are definitely something I'm already drawing from when getting dressed in the mornings and when I'm going out. There's something so elegant about it, that will take you from day to night with ease.

I met up with my friend Andy last Friday (unfortunately this is the first time I've been able to get this post up!) and decided, due to the horrendously cold weather we've been experiencing lately that it was far, far too cold to wear anything below the ankle!

I had one of those moments of horror as I desperately tried to find something, when I came to one of my newest purchases: a pleated maxi dress from Topshop that I gleeful bought in the sale for the bargain price of £14.50! You have to love student discount.

As soon as I stepped out the door I knew I'd made the right choice.  It's safe to say you may be seeing this dress frequently from now on! I can't wait to play around with dressing it down with a slouchy jumper!

I gave my new lipstick a test run too - Chanel's No.19 'Gabrielle'. It's just the right shade of red, it stayed moist and didn't bleed once! I know they're quite expensive but I've never had a problem with their lipsticks. Most definitely worth the money cherubs! Barry M offer a good cheaper selection too.

What was your favourite SS'11 collection that's going to be influencing you this season?

I have a great new shop to share with you in my next post! I've already bought what seems like half their stock; my bank account is still weeping as I type.

Until next time,

Ciao Cherubs!x
